As the VP, Product & Technology at Fabletics, I lead a talented and diverse team of product managers, designers and engineers who deliver cutting-edge solutions that connect online and offline channels, enhance customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth. Some of my key achievements include spearheading the agile implementation and redesign of all product management processes, revamping the critical Cyber Week execution, and designing and overseeing the development of OmniShop, a patent-pending technology that tracks customer behavior in fitting rooms. I also have multiple certifications in communication, assertiveness, and team collaboration, which enable me to foster a culture of innovation, feedback, and excellence.
